In September 2019 Reverse Mate Pty Ltd was founded in Brisbane, Australia.
While travelling around Australia in our 25ft Talvor Motorhome, then later a 31ft Rockwood Fifth Wheeler, I often found it difficult to see the blindside while reversing into RV park sites.
Over the years I have witnessed owners of RV’s trying to reverse into their allocated sites. This caused tension in relationships, I was one of them. On one particular instance, I saw a traveller reverse over the sites power and water services pillar, causing serious damage to the services, not to mention their own RV.
As a result, I set about designing a system that would make this task simple and take out some of the frustration when it came to reversing a RV, so I invented the ReverseMates using my engineering and building background.
I have now designed the All-in-One Clothesline with Reversible Brackets with Awning Support Cradle and Tiedown Clips built in, the small tube on the underside of the Cradle is where a tent pole can be located to take the weight of the awning tube when loaded up with washing.
There are no other RV Rollout Awning Clothesline brackets on the market that can be used outside or under the awning. In the past I was sick and tired of chasing the fold up clothesline all over the RV Parks when there were high winds plus there was no room to put sheets on these fold up clothesline.
The All-in-One is so easy to install and remove. Just place the brackets over the awning tube and tighten the black knobs. There is no drilling or power required to install the clothesline brackets.
As part of RV Devices & Accessories products range, we will have two new aluminium screw in pegs, called the Terra-Bite and the Terra-Big Bite.
Reverse Mate Pty Ltd are helping the environment with our new clothesline. No power required so this will save the use of electric dryers.
